Helping our Whitney M. Young Scholars “Walk Across the Stage”
Providing support to Whitney M. Young Scholars in college.
The College Transition Enrichment Program is an extension of the Whitney M. Young Scholars Program, which helps scholars successfully transition from high school to college. The program aims to provide scholars with course scheduling, mentoring, guidance toward on-campus and off-campus resources, and ongoing engagement that will lead to attaining a college degree.
Every student deserves the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Our student support starts in the 8th grade to overcome educational disparities, financial barriers, and resource gaps.
